Both the staff and facilities were excellent. The gym and spa were great - we both had treatments in the latter carried out by the very professional staff. We had a pool facing room, which meant we were able to walk a few meters outside, and either sit on our patio area or lie on a sun bed in the leisure area surrounding the pool. Very convenient for popping back and forth to our room. We ate a couple of nights in the hotel restaurant. The quality was quite good and the prices, reasonable.

Completely refurbished, everything was new! Beautifully landscaped, large infinity pool, wonderful location on the top of a small hill with views toward the sea and the Monchique mountains. Good location to go into the pretty town of Ferrugudo with excellent restaurants and the Praia Grande beach very close by. The staff were so friendly and professional, the rooms were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and pillows, soft fluffy towels and very modern shower room. Relaxing beside the pool with palms swaying and delicious, buffet breakfast.

This is a new (2021) complex on a hill about 1 mile out of Ferragudo. Everything is brand new, and it is a very tranquil setting – the rooms all look out on a beautiful grassy lounge area under palm trees, with a large & small pool and bar. Did I mention it is tranquil!? The rooms are average size with all the modern amenities. The bathroom was a bit small, but well organized. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly, and most speak very good English…we had a couple of special requests and Victoria and Matheus went above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism!! The Breakfast is standard and freshly prepared, with several additions (e.g. sautee’d mushrooms, stewed tomatoes, sausage, beans). The best we’ve had in our 4 weeks all over Portugal! The big deal: Parking is free, with a garage and also outdoor parking, and the spaces are quite generously sized…thank you! Wifi/internet was good

The entire stay far exceeded all of our expectations!! The employees are all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. On our last evening we ate in the restaurant - excellent service and super tasty dishes! The location is also amazing - walking distance to three stunning beaches and also the cute town Ferragudo is just 10 min away. We had a blast and will definitely come back!! The staff was brilliant and charming from beginning to end. Free wifi and car park is also a very positive part. The rooms are very clean and so are all the common areas. Bed extremely comfortable.

I loved this hotel! Beautiful property. I really love the layout of the rooms and the property in general. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had everything you needed in the room. I love the patios in front of the rooms, great for eating breakfast. The pool always had chairs for us to lounge on and the pool was great! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks at the pool bar were good too! Overall great!!

Well supplied and excellent choice breakfast, for those who do not like pot coffee machines the breakfast personnel were happy to make professional espressos free of charge, much recommended. Fantastic pool area, excellent underground parking garage.

Taking into account its rating, we decided to stay at the Hotel Rural Bricia du Mar to spend our holidays and we couldn't have chosen better. It was amazing! The hotel is brand new and, as you might expect, its facilities are really great! In the morning you can be doing one of their fitness classes and in the afternoon you can enjoy an amazing sunset by the pool! At lunch you can have one of their fantastic snacks at the pool bar. For dinner, be sure you try the restaurant and order the fresh fish. The salmon is delicious! Regarding the staff, nothing to say! They are always willing to help you and make sure you are having a good time. They are friendly and attentive. What more could we ask for? So, if you are looking for a nice place to stay, this one is really worth your money!

Absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and the perfect spot to unwind. We stayed for 10 days and spent our time round the pool and walking into Ferragudo to explore it's beauty. The restaurant on site has an amazing variety and the food was delicious. We shall definitely be back. I had two massages and a facial in the spa which was one of the best I have ever been to. Such a fantastic experience. The comfy bed was incredible and the cleaners and staff were all so friendly. Can't wait to return!

Staff were wonderful, really friendly and made us feel special. The pool space is just right. New, smart, not too big or small. Excellent steps in which were great for our 20 month old. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and it was lovely to be able to sit outside. The whole set up of the hotel worked really well for us as a young family. Walk to the beach was fine, 10-15 mins one way and 20 mins the other. Great beaches. We really enjoyed the food at Club Mau. Excellent sushi.
